Policy updates and missed premiums

A few months a ago I was contacted by EFW who told me old mutual has outsourced intermediary companies to clients who were orphaned. I agreed to see the person and we relooked at my products and i signed. for changes. Ever since then its been a fight because nothing is right now and i finally seem to have sorted it out but now im being harassed for supposedly missed payments. I completed the nessesary docs on time. one of the quotations expired and i had to repeat the process. i completed more papers and submitted them in 13 july and out of desperation resent the same docs and now they say it was inly activated 18 aug when i resent. somebody has dropped the ball and now i have to pay.its not on.
