POLICY UPDATE

I had 3 policies with OLD MUTUAL SA and they lapsed when I was financially stable I reinstated 2 of my policies,which was a Funeral Cover for myself and a Funeral cover for my Mother. Their system are NOT updated because I keep getting calls every single week from age ts claiming to help me update and reinstate policies that lapsed WT*Is OLD MUTUAL doing? I am demanding a Call and an email confirming my policies and they need to clarify what are they Debiting my account for every month if they don't see that my accounts are ACTIVE!!!!

If this is not done then I now surely know that I need to CANCELA the remaining ones as they don't know how to handle them.
