***** policy under old mutual company

I'm Mr Gantsa, I'm having problem with old mutual they don't want to approve my request refund of ***** policy under name.. Last year September 2024 on my payslip I saw debits order of funeral cover from old mutual that I never took, it policy number is 69379F***, and it premiums is R310. Problem start this year , when I call then about this issue and I demanding all my premiums from September until January 2025........I did send all the documents they required from me......then they told me i have to wait for five days, they are investigating this matter. Last week I get SMS from old mutual says sorry your request of refund was unsuccessful. I'm real confused because even the details that are on that policy are full of ***** that not my correct personal information some did that not me. So need help Hellopeter , to contact old mutual to payback all my premiums for that ***** policy that was under my name. My contact number is ***.
