Policy terminated without my knowledge

I have had this policy since 2009 and have recently been told that the policy has been terminated, i only found out after trying to upgrade my policies with Old mutual that i no longer have a policy with them. <br> <br> this came as a shock since old mutual is the only service provider that im using. upon enquring this i was informed that its because i missed a premium in January 2013. What is confusing is that old mutual has been deducting from my payslip (stop order) since January to date as i had app**** for a stop order payment in November 2014. <br> <br> at the moment i have to try and find another service provider as old mutual has left me without a cover without even informing me that they are terminating and they are still deducting through stop order even this month there's a payment to them. <br> <br> <br> <br>
