Policy stopped deducting without any valid reason

I had a life cover with Old Mutual 10 years back I reently found out that it stopped debiting last year during Covid 19. I do not know the main reason it stopped because its debiting straight from my Employer (Department) now they are telling me they cant revive it but I was never unemployed and never played with it. If anything could have happened to me what would have happened to my son, I relaxed knowing that everything was covered for him and then this now.Old mutual is a ****.
