Policy review

Pathetic. The advisor is there to upsell you annually. But dare ask to cancel one of the benefits. They go missing and forget about the meetings and come up with strange stories. The advisors give advice that earns them money not actually benefit you as a customer. I'm currently paying for benefits that I already have as an employee. It was sold to me when i already had cover. This is how they roll. Its not about the customer. Its about sales targets
