Policy restriction supporting documents

I logged a query on the 5th of November as a follow up to the query intially loged on 2nd of November that had I been advised by the Old mutual consultant in 2012 at the point where I requested to increase my premium on the investement policy that i meant I would be extending the pereiod of investment to 2018 I would not have done it.This is why i'm unable to surrender my policy due to that increase being more that 20% as stipulated by Old mutual that it's according to the Law however they cannot provide me with a document that proves this was the agreement at the point of me taking out this investment or increasing my premium. I have been more than 5 workingg days and I'm still waiting for the documents to this effect to be sent. I also need that phone recording of the 3rd of September 2012 as proof of what was discussed with the consultant. <br> <br> its amazing how easy it is for insurance companies debit your account but when you want to claim your money there are issues. Clients are alwasy mislead and they get a raw deal. Old mutual has not taken into account my needs as their client. <br> <br> Please cancel this policy emmediately. <br> <br>
