POLICY REINSTATED

Firstly my policy as cancelled without being made aware. Just because of a mere one premium missed. Not even a phone call or notification via e-mail or sms to confirm or notify me that my policy was cancelled. Even better offer a reinstatement. I realised when I called to amend banking details that my policy was cancelled. It gets worse...I was offered to reinstate. I filled the form and it came back I have to amend 3 parts of the form which was done. Can someone please contact me to have this sorted and for the policy to be reinstated. Seems there is still some information missing. This is not good service at all. I am really not happy with how this policy was handled.
