Policy premiums
I am so disappointed with this company today received a letter telling me i have outstanding amount need to be paid for July 2021 and the was a debit order went through on the 30 July 2021 which they debited my account twice. After being their customers for so long they have nerve to tell me my premiums will be cancelled if i dont paid but when they debited me twice no one contacted me and apologies.
