policy payout

<p>I have a policy with old mutual , i recieved a letter that it matures on the 1st of February and i must go to any only mutual branch to submit the document i recieved . I went there on the 3rd of February to a pretoria branch and a rude lady there told me that its still early i must come back next week , i mean who have time to go to the branch every day , she didnt even bother to look at the letter that i have . Last night i recieved an sms that my pilocy its been paid out , i mean when? I called the cuctomer service , the guy i spoke to told me my plocy its been paid out what a joke . I really DONT HAVE ENERGY NOR THE TIME TO FIGHT WITH OLD MUTUAL . </p>
