POLICY OVER CHARGED WITHOUT INFORMING ME

Consultant phoned me selling Investment and educational policy, and I bought both the products, 3 years down the line the money that I have paid is way less than the value of two policies, only when I have requested a detailed report that is when I realised how much they are charging and commission that they were taking off and the reutrn was so little not even to cover the charges that they were taking off these two account,. I have consulted them to provide me with a copy that proved that Brendt Arense(Cosultant) did tell me about the charges but it is more than months since I have been waiting for a recording and they are not able to give it to me, I have asked for my monye to be paid back but cheryl did not even bother to speak to me.<br> <br> Kind regards
