Policy Opened without my Knowledge

I had an incident with one of your consultants who opened a policy under my name without my consent.<br> <br> I took out a savings policy last year for myself with this consultant, Johanna Chauke for R400.00 per month. She then went and took out another policy for me in January 2016 without my knowledge.<br> <br> When I called your customer care to inquire ion the status of my policy, I was informed that I have 02 policies.<br> <br> I am so disappointed in this because my bank account has been debited for 03 months and on the other month, the debit order bounced and the bank was charging me for this transaction.<br> <br> I need all those premiums together with the bank charged to be refunded to my account and I would like an explanation why this was done without my consent.<br> <br> I look forward to hearing from you.<br> <br>
