Policy opened with my name.

I've been complaining about a policy that was opened with my name and is deducting money from my pay slip but it hasn't stopped. Old mutual keeps returning the money after I complain here but it keeps deducting again . I would like to have my money back and please advice on what to do in order for the policy to stop deducting.
