I'm getting tired of cancelling policies from old mutual that ends with "B" that I never opened. I just received my payslip with new policy amounting to R137 from Old Mutual. Last month had same problem, worse part is its a stop order. You complain with old mutual they say the can't track the consultant or Adviser. So Old mutual we must always work on cancelling and complaining of one thing. Its tiring.
