Policy opened by Old Mutual Group Scheme without my knowledge

I Receive an Email on the 10th on April 2024 stating that I opened a Retirement Plan on the 9th of April and there were now sending me my policy plan. To my horror, I never opened any RETIREMENT PLAN and worse they put their own person as my Benificiary. This Email is coming from Clarance Nethengwe from Old Mutual Group Scheme, how they got my information and why they opened a policy that I know nothing about is horrific to me. I have been calling trying to cancel this policy that I didn't even open
