Policy number for application purposes
I am needing a funeral policy number for my mother to be recorded on a retirement village application - my brother has tried unsuccessfully to get a response to his emails to Old Mutual Greenlights. My mom is deaf and cannot hear on a cellphone, so we have no alternative but to do this on her behalf. There is no claim, only for appilcation purposes. When I eventually did get through to Greenlights (almost 20 minutes of holding), I was told that I would need to take her to the nearest Old Mutual offices. Really ... for a number!!! Please could someone assist us???

29 Nov 2022, 12:07Please, please, please, Bilqees. I can provide you with copies of the email from my brother to Old Mutual (he was the one who took the funeral policy out in the first place) as well as a copy of my mother's ID, should you need it.

We were battling for almost 3 weeks to get a policy number and after Colleen spoke to the policy holder, we finally got what we needed.
