Old mutual service is a night mare , such a big and old organisation.

Please think twice before you invest your money with Old Mutual. I have a life threatening emergency I needed to attend with this withdrawal.

I have been trying to contact them to do a claim on my investment, since last week Monday 12/08/2019 but i can tell you that today I still have not received a professional help / attention from them as their customer,

I made a lot of calls which are answered by unprofessional staff whom does not even tell you where they transferring your call to, you can finish an hour holding for non answered line. I also sent emails to every email address on internet for them , still nothing is shaking them.

Please can i have my money transferred to my account in 24 hours.
