Policy Number: ***6 Application was submitted on the 19th of May. On the 20th we called in and they told us they will contact us if they need any documentation. Great We did sent all the necessary documents and all was good. The next week we called in again and they told us they are waiting on Sars. We do understand the waiting period, BUT there were no other communication from Old Mutual side. On Wednesday we called in aroud 18h00 and the lady told us money was transferred to our FNB account. Only to find out this morning that the money is in Old Mutual FNB account. Since day one of this application we spoke to numerous agents. The lady told us this morning money will only be released by next week. This is really bad as today is the 21 of June and we app**** on the 20th of May.
