I have surrendered my policy and was informed that the pay out will take between 15 to 21 days now when I contacted old mutual last week Monday I was informed that they had received feedback from pay out and they had sent out a request to SARS to see if there is nothing due to SARS and the respond is expected in 48 Hours so I called again on Wednesday however was told the exact same thing, then I called once again on Friday and the status was still the same. And today once again I was told the same thing but this time the lady explained that the people I contacted last week did not give me correct information only the Lady I spoke to on Friday was on point this is a bad service from a big company like old mutual
