Policy not paid out

On the 23rd of September 2015 I made a request to close my policy with old mutual I was emailed a form that I signed and emailed back to them, on the 27th of September I called old mutual to verify if the correct details where on the form and I was advised that it take 5-7 working days for my policy to pay out and be closed. On the 9th of October 2015 I called old mutual again and I was told since I have a 2 in 1 savings plan it take 15 working days to be paid out ad on the day I called I was told it was the 11th day and it was a Friday. I the waiting for my funds to be paid in my account till today I have not received it. Yesterday I called old mutual again since it was the 15th day but I have told that the request was approved on the 13th but they waiting for authorisation from the payment department and the consulted escalated the matter informed me that she also requested the contact me to inform me about the hold up , I'm still waiting for that call .<br> <br> Ref number :***<br> Ref number :***
