Policy money & school investment

Good day i hope u all well... I have a compliant on poor service the Company Old Mutual is giving me. 1stly I have 2 cases with them.. The 1st one my house burnt, i lost alot of things,important work documents & many more. However, as i was busy spring cleaning i saw a certain bag in my room. By the grace of the Lord it had papers consdering the MSL Policy that is under Bonitas as l was reading the documents. I mad a call, the lady told me that company now is under Old Mutual due to having a member of the family that i never claimed for passed on 2010 but funny enough the policy money is being deducted every 15 when i get paid. I guy called me said why am i claiming 2nd time, i told him im not a ***** or stupid enough to do a *****. I have been emailing the Vangate Mall branch but no reply... If this MSLor Old Mutual does not want to pay me the policy money, i want the money from 2010 that was being deducted in my salary before i can take it far to the media, papers & include my lawyer.. Even that guy who called gave me a wrong account number and im been using my account for long.. 2ndly the Poor Old, I had education investment that i made 2008, th agreement was i will recieve R12000. 00, i went to cancel it th is year, only to get R17p00. Where is the rest of the money? Why is this conpany that has poor service and beong ****** & skelems.?i took that R17000 bcoz i was desperate to pay my child school fees.. I will give guys the grace until next week Tue & it will b out on yhe media and my lawyers... I need a quick fordward. Such an cheap company
