Policy maturing with no payout to date

Paying for a policy for 10 years with such an industry popular financial service provider only for it to mature and old mutual not to pay it out. My policy matured on the 25th of August, it's now the 10 September. What are you doing with my funds old mutual??? I will never ever take any more policies with old mutual. It's such a waste of time and money
