Policy matured but still no payout

Good day<br> <br> My policy has matured but I still havenet received the lumpsum i was promised. I have submitted all the paperwork requested. My policy matured this year february since then i have been going up and down trying to get my money paid into my account. this is quite frustrating as i am not getting any feedback regarding this matter .<br> I have called my broker with no succesful feedback.<br> please can I get some assistance as this money is long overdue <br><br> Please advise when is this policy going to pay out the lump sum as I am already receiving the monthly payments
