policy matured but no payout.

<p>My policy matured when I turned 70 and the only payout I received was my interest when I went to query this I was asked to bring my bank statement as on their records it shows payment was made to my account. I took the statement which clearly shows I only received the interest amount as per their records . I have been patiently Waiting for my payment 2 months later still nothing , no one is communicating with me I always have to go to old mutual offices to get feedback and the only feedback I get is they will be in contact . This is my last attempt if no response is received my next step will be the ombudsman.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
