Policy Lapse

I have a retirement annuity with Old Mutual that lapsed earlier this year due to the fact that i was temporarily unemployed. When i resumed employment i enquired about it and that is when i was informed that it has lapsed. I was adviced to take out the money from it then open a new 1of which i did. I was told to submit my ID, bankstatent and a letter from SARS of which i did. I was told that it takes about 21 working days. After a week i called head office to confirm if they received my document. They confirmed but said there's a document i diddnt sign. I went back to 5e brach and i signed. A week later i got a call from one of the agents saying that they dont have my documents. The only thing they have is my signature. I went to the branch with docs i submitted 3weeks back nd gave them and they sent them to head office. A week later i called again to enquire and i was told that they do have my docs but the only thing that is missing is my signature. And they also toldcme that after receiving everything and signing, the 21 days will 5en start. Mind u i have been going up nd down to 5e branch for over a month. Thats totally unacceptable. Very ****ed
