Good Morning I should say, wow i don't know where i should begun my uncle passed on last month towards the end of August, and I have been having bad experiences with old mutual, my aunt and my cousin went to the offices at bridge city (KwaMashu) to do the claims only to find out that my uncle's old policy was canceled and a new policy was opened in August,that same month of August he was in hospital and wasn't able to talk cause he wasn't feeling well, the old policy that he had we were only informed that it is two months behind where by I once worked for an insurance company I know you are allowed to pay for those two months errors, unless your policy has reached three months no installments has been received it will lapse, they have refused us to pay that 2 months so we can receive the money we are stuck we cant carry on with the funeral since the won't pay us, not being the first time am complaining about Old Mutual wish for them to get back to me with in 12hrs deceased details *** 081 ....SIhle Ngubo contact my Aunt on ***
