Policy dont pay full amount

<p>On the 1st April my father in law pass on i go to old mutual to put in a claim. I give all the documents they had required. After the prosess the told me that my father in law was coverd for R15900. They only pay me R7100 the reason the date differ from the policy contract. When we go to Home Affairs they said they cant do any thing because my father in law is allready pass on and that it is also capture on there sistem. My fathers Name.
