Policy dispute in Old Mutual

I have a problem here with Old mutual, i have taken policies in 2018 which now i recieved a call from their agent telling me my policies have lapsed and i do not know why because they were all debitjng through my government employee number. Ithen went to their branch and the agent that was assisting me there said to me its my payroll department maybe that does not pay them my premiums since june 2023 so i must go to my payroll and asked them what is happening and if they say they are paying then i must requet a code that they arw using to pay old mutual. I then went straight to my payroll and put the matter on the table and the printed copies for me that old mutual gave them a date that my policies must end on the 30th of june 2023 of which i did not sign up for that.. kindly assit me in this matter b3cause i feel ****** by old mutual
