Policy claim

I have been following up on a Maxi Investment policy claim I submitted December 2020. For the first couple of months, a new document was needed each time I enquired on why the claim hadn't been paid out. Months later and it still hasn't been out. Each time I speak to a consultant, I'm told the matter is being escalated as they don't see any missing paperwork and that I should call again the following day. Neither of the branches I visited (Dutywa and Southgate) were able to help also, instead they made me call the very same consultants. I have even submitted two complaints and no one has called or responded to me. The least you can do is communicate what the delay is. With the lack of communication and run around I've experienced, I honestly wouldn't recommend you guys to my worst enemy.
