Policy check

On the 10th/10/2024 I visited Old Mutual at Graham's Town( Eastern Cape) to check my policies , I opened these policies on 2010 and insured Myself, my Sister and my Mother who was born on 1931, they told me that my Mother was cancelled, I asked him that Who cancelled my Mom at that age and He told me about Sanlam, I couldn't sleep last night thinking about this situation, I am so disappointed in Old Mutual.

Imagine my Mother is 93 years old now and no policy would accept her. I trusted old mutual, I'm having a headache as I am writing this message.
