Policy cash back

Hello Peter I am Gladys Lindiwe Malefane am disappointed that I have not received my cash back from Old Mutual as promised that after 36 months of uninterrupted premiums you'll get back. I paid my premiums for over 6 years so last week Thursday on 15 of June I cancelled my premiums and am told they would have refunded me if I didn't cancel imagine after paying for 6 years they didn't even bother to pay me back and the odesity of them telling me to open another policy with them.... meaning am starting from scratch. I will never recommend Old Mutual to anyone
