policy cancelled without my knowledge

May I kindly request an urgent response in regards to the above reference no and have my policy reinstated as advised and the money paid R1600.00 to be allocated on the policy accordingly for the months paid, please send me an email confirmation advising if all in order and can someone in your offices contact me back urgently.

At this point in time I’m so not happy, I’m irritated and considering moving my child’s educational plan elsewhere where I will be treated with respect as I don’t understand why is this taking long to be sorted out.
