Policy Cancellation

Policy CEA***

I have sent numerous emails requesting to cancel this and I received a form to fill in and sign, I did so on the 7th of July and to date Old Mutual keeps telling me there are no attachments to my email, I have resent the signed forms 10 times and there is no response and when they respond they say there is no attachment.

Please can someone follow up on this and confirm if these were received from email address ***

Have urgency when assisting people.
