Policy cancelation is like ending slavery-impossible

I have been trying to cancel my policy since October 2020 to no avail. It's like pulling hens teeth! Atrocious service from Old Mutual. I went to Cosmo City branch in October 2020 to cancel & filled all the necessary forms, nothing was done. I went again in February & refilled the forms nada, dololo cancellation. I contacted their complaints department in August & was promised action within 7 days. The Cosmo City branch manager promised follow up action and yet still no cancelation!

Why is it so difficult to cancel a policy & yet so easy to sign up. I want to be refunded my premiums since October 2020.

This is like slavery & it must stop 🛑
