Policy cancelation and claim a NIGHTMARE

OLD MUTUAL is the Worst company ever. I went to Mafikeng branch on the 2nd of Feb 2022 to claim R20000 on my savings plan. No communication for the whole of Feb, after numerous calls and emails initiated by me and not them, nothing has materialized up until today. In March I decided that I no longer want anything to do with them, I changed from claiming a certain portion to policy cancelation. I have been filling the same form from March until today which is the 11th of May. You scan and email the same document they won't say a thing until you call them only to tell you that the form was wrongly filled. Now I'm advising all my family and friends against future deals with old Mutual. Old Mutual is the worst Insurance company EVER!!
