Policy beneficiary name is wrong

Now that consultants are putting their own beneficiary names on life covers and funeral policies.

I just saw my product with old mutual that one of the beneficiaries are not the one I gave the consultants .

They put names that we don't know. Now when I call the consultant she is no not answering my calls.

Then how do I get the name removed/Rectified? Why the sales representative is not answering my calls? Her name is Mpho.

This is not fair .
