Policy

My sister took a policy for me due to the fact that i was unemployed, she was the policy payer and i was a policy holder. She paid the account for almost 3years (debiting from her account), I got a job last year April and started making payment myself via eft but i wasn't aware I've been using incorrect ref. I got a call from them that my account lapsed, then sent my bank statement showing all my transections but even today m still waiting for their feedback. Such a poor service from them.
