Policies to be paid out

I have now several times tried to get someone to assist me with cancelling my Max Saver and get the money paid out to me. I have tried head office, customer services, a financial advisor at head office, and my personal financial advisor at Kathu branch. I have had no luck at all!! This is unacceptable because I need the money quite urgently. When they sell you the product they say it is an excellent product & you can have cash at hand in case of emergency ---- but the day the emergency arrives you can not obtain a cent from OM.<br> I am utterly and highly disgusted with this. If I knew this I would have never taken out ANY policies from OM!!!!!!
