POLICIES THAT IS NOT CANCELLED

i went on the 30th of june to ceres old mutual branch to cancel all my policies,fulled in all the paper work and handed my documents that was needed. on the 9th of july i did the same at worcester branch as the three policies was not yet cancelled .I got my payslip and it still shows that the three policies is not yet cancelled .PLEASE I WANT THE POLICIES CAMCELLED.....
