Policies lapsing because Old Mutual fails to deduct

I have a Greenlight policy with Old Mutual that I took in 2014 and contains my life cover. I changed jobs and it has been a struggle to get Old Mutual to deduct. I don't know how many bank mandates have I filled for OM to deduct in my account. My policies are expiring. I have a financial adviser and truly speaking I don't understand what he is also missing to get my deductions. I have resorted to escalate to the Finance Ombudsman, it's is sad. I wish they can give me all my premiums and I go to another insure. I have been asking for the bank account to do manual deposits and I'm told for Greenlight it's not possible. It's sad what this company is doing. I even went to the branch and they also failed.
