Hi it's Vuyolwethu Lupondo I have many policies in your company... But now I'm not happy the way you treat me as your client... 1st of all I've been a loyal customer for over 5years now... But I recieved a call from one of your workers who is called Mbhali telling me that my 2 policies lapsed... They were last payed last year December meanwhile I've been paying this year.. Can u please fix this issue before anything bad happens... What if my parents could die today do you mean they will not be covered...
