Hi can I please get help in old mutual regarding my policies. Last time it was not up to date and made all the payments and sumbted the proof of payment. But everytime when I go to the branch it still pending. Since last year. Old mutual services now it getting worse on being bad. When I try to get hold of them they call center the are forever busy. And one bored to get back to you even if you left the message. Now I just received a message telling me that my policy is to lapse but it payed by debt. Which sometimes they fail to debt in time. So that the will do this nonsense.
