policies being opened **********ly by financial advisors

5 months back someone had **********ly opened a policy for me at Old mutual and was deducting from my salary, now my conclusion was it has to be one of the financial advisors who works for Old mutual since they have our details. I did get my refund but Old mutual failed to come back to me to tell who the culprit was and what action was taken against the person. The reason for my actions now is that the same thing has happened to me again at Assupol which now causes me to think that there is a syndicate out there that is **********ly taking out policies without our consent and the companies are shielding these people. I still want to know from old mutual who took out the policy.
