Polcy Value.

Good day. I took out an Old Mutual Greenlight policy for my wife and it states that the cover amount for the period 8 September2016 till 7 September2017 was R 268 027 and that the new benefit for that period was R281 429. When I did query about this they said that my wife has no benefit because the policy had lapsed. What happened to the monies I paid into this policy. The policy number is ***. Can you please investigate.
