Plz help me to get my money back as they failed to solve my problem and I don't trust them anymore

Good evening Complain aboutl life cover policy I have discovered that my policy was lapse in Nov 2022 when I visited Stanger branch for random checking If I ask what happened no answer they don't know we sent email in branch Jan 27/2023then call from head office was to deduct for 2 months in the bank as they are checking my policy to resolve the problem them on may it will be deducted to persal hoping everything will be done but they failed they didnt deduct and go back to branch again but no response then I inform branch manager she send e mail again The response was to fill a form to refund my premium but the problem is that no one is telling why they lapse my policy as they were deducting in persal and even they lapses they were continuing taking from my salary I didn't sign the form or fill but they just pay the premium that means 3premiums paid back with no agreement And they offer me a new policy to join of which I reject how can I join new policy with a Company I don't trust anymore and no answers of my question about the old one I'm old ijoin this policy while I was young plz help me to get my money back as they don't need me and my money so that I can go somewhere else to get what's good for myself my *** CEB*** CEB*** THANK YOU
