I went to CHRIS Hani Mall in Vosloorus and spoke to Sindi Tshabalala trying to add my siblings to my existing funeral policy and she refused stating that they don’t do that! I wanted her to cancel the policy they have opened for me separately and add to my existing one. Then I decided to cancel the new one and she asked for my one month bank statement to cancel the policy, I was confused bcs when they opened it I wasn’t asked for a bank statement for the debit order!
