Please tell me what I pay for

There are 3 debit orders that go off my bank account monthly to Old Mutual, for which I have no documents and I do not know what I pay for. I've been sending emails to *** two or three times a week for more than a month now. I sent a bank statement as proof which they could not open, sent it again in different format, from then on only automated responses. Tried to call, they do not find any products linked to my ID but can confirm that the money indeed goes to Old Mutual. Their call center is terrible, listen to horrible hold-music for 18 mins and then the call is dropped. Cannot hear what the person on the other side says due to background noise and a bad connection
