Please submit my 2020 income returns to sars for the 2020

Good day

I used to work for Old Mutual Finance 2019, I emailed old mutual superfund several times to assist with my problem but with no luck. Whenever I submit my returns for the years 2020 I always come across the following message from Sars

"Please note that this return cannot be processed, the lump sum source code on the IRP5 differs from the source code on the directive ***5 issued by Sars. Contact the fund administrator/employer to rectify the error on their side"

Can anyone please assist, I have been calling and sending emails since beginning of July but no one seems to be willing to assist
