Please refund my money so that I have no more dealings with you

I have a R4000 investment with old mutual that I would like to withdraw, their watsapp messenging service doesn't work as know-one gets back to you, I have used this service twice already and emailed them as well, no feedback, can I just have my money so that I can have no dealings with old mutual ever again
