please process my refund

after years of paying for a life cover, I came to a very difficult decision to cancel my life cover and only keep the funeral cover as i cannot afford it anymore. i made contact with Loice Gadaga and Sybrandt Miller who advised they will proceed with the cancelation . i was then advised that the debit order will still go through and then i will automatically get a refund after 30 days. i followed up as it has been 30 days, i was then advised that it takes 30 working days, no one told me this initially. they said 30 days. All i ask is for my money to be paid back in my account as i need to use the funds as advised when i cancelled the life cover.
